Hiệu chỉnh file ~/.fvwm-crystal/preferences/Startup (nếu chưa có copy từ thư mục cài đặt của Fvwm-crystal thường là ở /usr/local/share/fvwm-crystal/fvwm/preferences) theo ví dụ:
